Ashleigh + Brandon | The Gin at Hidalgo Falls 3.13.21

The Daroowalas! What an honor to flower their day. Brandon and my husband Brett were good friends through camp and life, so I had already gotten to know sweet Ashleigh through the two of them. The first wedding I had ever helped work for another florist was at The Gin, so this day was special for several reasons! It was important to Ashleigh and Brandon that their guests sat at farmhouse-style tables, which really does make you feel like family. In doing so, we thought garlands were the best fit! I did the garlands all by hand (the first and last time I’ll be doing that), but it was truly a labor of love I took joy in doing for this incredible couple.

I absolutely love the way the dusty blue color Ashleigh chose paired with the dark center of the anemones.
