An Ethereal Styled Shoot | The Ice Plant Building 8.17.21

This day was a turning point. After a long summer of graduating college, getting married, and flowering several weddings per month, I was feeling the weight of my overwork. Then I arrived at The Ice Plant Building and I finally felt like I could catch my breath. Not only was the setting so perfect, but the people I met made me feel rejuvenated. I was able to express myself creatively, even if I didn’t know what direction I was moving at times. I built friendships with creatives in this industry that I deeply felt God had placed so intricately in my life. The coordinator had asked me to join the shoot only a couple of weeks prior and it was no accident that I was meant to be apart of that day. I drove home from La Grange just over the moon with excitement that I get to live out my dream job along people that inspire me. Overwhelming gratitude.

We are also blessed to have had this shoot featured in San Antonio Weddings blog! Here is a quote from the blog describing my vision behind the florals, “The florals were inspired by the transition of seasons in a timeless and elegant way! I have found that so many brides find it hard to blend their love for spring and summer flowers while keeping their wedding appropriate for the season. As summer turns to fall, this floral creation hopes to inspire brides to think outside the box and create the vision they hope for their wedding day, without the confines of a season!”.
